International customers can use forwarding service “Tenso.com” to order from our store. After signing up, you will receive a Japanese shipping address. We ship domestically in Japan, and Tenso forwards the package internationally.

Q. How long does shipping take? A. It depends on the destination and shipping method. EMS,AIR,SAL,DHL,Sea mail,etc. it takes about one week via EMS (the fastest option) and about one month via sea mail.

Q. Should I pay customs duties? A. Customs duties are not included in the fees charged by Tenso.com, so you will be responsible for paying them separately. Q. Can I return items? A. We do not accept returns.We will only exchange items if they are found to be defective upon delivery.
